The study "Financial, technical and legislative aspects of creating energy communities in Ukraine" is part of the project „Civil Society Energy for Resilient Ukraine“ conducted by Wechange eG (Berlin) and NGO “Sustainably Development Agency Synergy” (Vinnytsia) and with support of Public Opinion Research Institute „Socioinform“. The objective of the study was to identify the chances and obstacles for the foundation of energy communities in Ukraine by analysing financial, legal and technical framework and to collect recommendation to aid the development of energy communities in Ukraine. 

In a focus group research experts from renewable energy sector, energy economy and experts from Ukraine were questioned in Summer 2023.
